Engineering, close to the work

Not another demo. A capability that stays.

An FDE — Forward Deployed Engineer — works alongside your users, IT team and operational constraints. The role connects business understanding with hands-on engineering. Hunter BI offers this delivery model as a scoped service engagement, not simply a supply of contractor profiles.

From context to everyday use

Understand. Connect. Put it in your hands.

Three stages. One continuous line of responsibility.

01Business immersion

Start where the work happens.

Observe a workflow with the people who run it. Understand exceptions, decisions and friction before choosing a model or writing code.

What you leave with

An agreed workflow, baseline and acceptance criteria.

02Embedded delivery

Connect AI to your environment.

Build the useful path with approved sources and business tools. An API, MCP or existing connector is selected after checking access and technical feasibility.

What you leave with

A testable solution, bounded integrations and explicit approval rules.

03Validation & handover

Deliver a system. And the means to own it.

Test representative tasks and difficult cases. Prepare operations, document limitations and equip your team before an approved go-live.

What you leave with

Acceptance results, documentation, knowledge transfer and an agreed next step.

The proposal defines scope, delivery capacity, timeline, fees, ownership of deliverables and support. Licences, cloud usage, travel and out-of-scope work are explicitly addressed. No delivery duration or on-site presence is assumed.

Before we start

Questions that deserve a clear answer.

What is FDE as a Service?

It is an engineering engagement in which a Forward Deployed Engineer works with your team to understand a business problem, build a solution in your environment and evaluate its use. Scope and responsibilities are agreed before work begins.

How does it differ from consulting or staff augmentation?

Consulting may stop at a recommendation; staff augmentation often centres on time or a role. Our FDE engagement combines business immersion with hands-on delivery, defined assets and acceptance criteria. Delivery capacity is set out in the proposal.

Can you work in Morocco and internationally?

Hunter BI is based in Casablanca. Working language, time zone, remote collaboration and any on-site involvement are agreed during scoping, according to project needs and team availability.

Is this an official OpenAI, Anthropic or Palantir offering?

No. This is an independent Hunter BI service. Forward Deployed Engineer describes our engagement model. Technologies and licences are selected for the use case; an engineer assigned by a model or platform vendor is not included or implied.

How are data and access handled?

With your IT team, we define approved sources, required permissions, environments and human approvals. Hosting, logging, retention and security requirements are reviewed before confirming scope. No automatic compliance claim is made.

What budget and timeline should we expect?

They depend on the workflow, integrations, access, security requirements and acceptance criteria. Following scoping, a proposal specifies fees, milestones, exclusions and approvals. There is no universal fixed package for fundamentally different engagements.

Start with your reality

Which workflow deserves more than a prototype?

Tell us about your team, systems and the friction to resolve. We will assess whether an FDE engagement fits before proposing a scope.

No delivery commitment before scope and proposal approval.
