Data controller
The controller of the data collected on the hunterbi.com website is HUNTER BI GROUP (SARL AU), an enterprise AI consulting and engineering firm, whose registered office is located at 49, rue Jean Jaurès, Gauthier district, Casablanca, Morocco.
For any question regarding your personal data, you can write to us through the form on the contact page.
Data collected
We collect only the following data:
- Contact form: name, company, business email address, phone number (optional), subject of the request and message content.
- AI diagnostic: email address, company, sector, company size, the score obtained and questionnaire answers, when you request the detailed results.
- Newsletter: email address and the page from which you subscribed.
- Site assistant: the content of your written exchanges; in voice-call mode, your voice is transmitted in real time to OpenAI (see processors) so it can be understood and the spoken reply produced. If you ask to be contacted back, the details you provide (name, company, email, phone) and a summary of the exchange are sent to us by email.
- Audience measurement: aggregated, cookieless statistics (Vercel Analytics) and, only after your consent, Google Analytics browsing data as well as Microsoft Clarity session recording (clicks, scrolling, displayed content) intended to understand what blocks users along their journeys.
No sensitive data is collected. We carry out neither profiling nor automated decision-making producing legal effects.
Purposes of processing
The data collected is used exclusively to:
- respond to your contact requests and organise scoping discussions;
- provide you with the results of the AI diagnostic and contact you back at your request, including through the site assistant;
- send you the newsletter you subscribed to;
- manage the business relationship once you become a client;
- measure and improve the site's audience and usability.
Legal basis
The processing of form and assistant data relies on the pre-contractual measures taken at your request and on Hunter BI's legitimate interest in responding to professional enquiries. The newsletter relies on your consent (voluntary sign-up). Google Analytics audience measurement and Microsoft Clarity session recording rely exclusively on your consent, collected through the dedicated banner: before your agreement, no cookie is placed, no identifier is transmitted to us (Google consent mode), and Clarity does not load at all.
Retention period
- Form data (contact, diagnostic) and exchanges with the assistant: 3 years from the last exchange, unless a contractual relationship is ongoing.
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
- Audience measurement data: 13 months maximum.
Recipients and processors
The data is intended solely for Hunter BI's teams. It passes through technical processors, contractually bound to data confidentiality and security:
- Vercel Inc. (United States) — site hosting, aggregated cookieless statistics and technical storage for anti-abuse protection;
- Resend (United States) — delivery of contact, diagnostic and assistant emails;

These providers are established outside Morocco: the corresponding transfers are governed in accordance with articles 43 and 44 of law 09-08 and, for individuals covered by the GDPR, by the standard contractual clauses in their data processing agreements.
Your rights
In accordance with the applicable regulations, you have the following rights over your data:
- right of access: obtain a copy of the data we hold about you;
- right to rectification: have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected;
- right to object: object to the processing of your data on legitimate grounds, and at any time for direct marketing;
- right to erasure: request the deletion of your data when its retention is no longer justified.
To exercise these rights, contact us through the form on the contact page, specifying the purpose of your request. We respond within a maximum of 30 days.
Applicable framework
The data processing carried out by Hunter BI is governed by Moroccan law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, under the supervision of the National Commission for the Control of Personal Data Protection (CNDP).
The declaration of processing to the CNDP is being filed; the receipt number will be published on this page as soon as it is issued.
For visitors located in the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies in addition: the rights described above are exercised under the same conditions, and you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority.
Cookies
The site uses cookies strictly necessary for its operation and, where applicable, audience measurement cookies (Google Analytics) and session recording cookies (Microsoft Clarity). These non-essential cookies are only placed after your consent has been obtained. The Calendly booking calendar, on the contact page, only loads — with its own cookies — if you click to display it.
You can withdraw your consent at any time via the "Manage cookies" link in the footer, which reopens the choice banner. You can also configure your browser to refuse all or some cookies; some site features may then be degraded.
