AI training — Morocco
Training the teams who will build Morocco's AI
Corporate AI training in Morocco: leadership, business and developer tracks — prompt engineering, agents, Claude Code — in Casablanca or remotely.
In brief
Hunter BI trains Moroccan companies in artificial intelligence through profile-based tracks: awareness sessions for executive committees, hands-on adoption of ChatGPT Enterprise and Claude for business teams, advanced prompt engineering, agent development and Claude Code for technical teams. Sessions are delivered in French, in Casablanca, on-site anywhere in Morocco or remotely, and dovetail with vocational-training funding schemes such as the special training contracts (contrats spéciaux de formation).
The main constraint on AI projects in Morocco is neither the technology nor the budget: it is skills. The Digital Morocco 2030 strategy has made this a national undertaking — mass training in digital professions — and every company lives it at its own scale: licences bought but under-used, teams that swing between fascination and mistrust, a handful of self-taught staff who carry the uses on their own.
Training is the lever that turns a tool rollout into a productivity shift. But you still have to train the right way: a chief financial officer, a claims handler and a developer do not need the same content, nor the same format. Hunter BI designs profile-based tracks, anchored in your real use cases, delivered in French — in Casablanca, on your sites across the kingdom or remotely.

Artificial intelligence training in Morocco: tracks by profile
Our catalogue is organised into three families. Leadership tracks: half a day to a full day for an executive committee or a board — what generative AI changes in your sector in Morocco, what it costs, what it demands in governance, and the decisions that fall to you. No jargon, drawn from real Moroccan cases. Business tracks: one to three days per function — finance, HR, legal, customer relations, procurement — to move from discovery to the daily use of ChatGPT Enterprise or Claude: prompt engineering applied to the tasks of the role, verification reflexes, confidentiality rules taken from your own charter. Technical tracks: three to five days for development teams and IT departments — OpenAI and Anthropic APIs, RAG, MCP, assisted development with Claude Code, and the design and supervision of agents.
Every session works on your documents and your systems — not on generic examples imported from another context. It is more demanding to prepare, and that is precisely what makes the learning survive the week that follows the training.
02
Funding the upskilling: Morocco's schemes
In Morocco, vocational training benefits from funding schemes that many companies under-use. The special training contracts (contrats spéciaux de formation, CSF) let companies subject to the vocational-training levy have a substantial part of their training activities funded, following the procedures administered by the OFPPT; the GIAC support the upstream engineering of sector-specific training. Our tracks are designed to fit within these frameworks: formalised programmes, explicit learning objectives, documented deliverables — your training manager has the file needed for reimbursement claims.
Beyond funding, we help structure a multi-year AI skills plan: which profiles to train first, which internal champions to establish in each department, how to reinforce the initial training with supervised practice. A one-off session produces enthusiasm; a skills plan produces autonomy. This is also the spirit of Digital Morocco 2030 applied at the scale of a single company: making digital skill an asset that is built, not a box to tick.

Training in three languages, for teams who speak three
The generic AI courses available online have a blind spot: they assume monolingual users. Your teams, however, write a report in French in the morning, answer a customer in Darija at midday and present to a partner in English in the evening. Our courses build in this reality: we teach how to get the best out of the models in each language — and from one language to another, because assisted translation between French, Arabic and English is one of the most immediately profitable uses in a Moroccan company.
The materials are in French; the exercises cover the three working languages according to the needs of the teams trained — a session for a Casanearshore customer-relations centre does not look like a session for a legal department. For frontline populations, we train your internal champions to relay the content, including in Arabic: it is the most effective format we have observed for embedding the uses beyond head office.
04
From training to autonomy: champions, communities, assessment of learning
A successful AI training policy is recognised by what happens after the sessions. We put three relays in place. AI champions: one per department, trained in more depth, who answer day-to-day questions, surface emerging use cases and keep the charter alive. The community of practice: a short monthly ritual where teams share their uses — this is often where the most profitable use cases are born, the ones no consultant would have guessed. Assessment of learning: graded scenarios before and after the tracks, to give an objective view of progress and target residual needs.
This setup dovetails naturally with our other engagements in Morocco: the courses prepare ChatGPT Enterprise or Claude Enterprise deployments, support the move of agents into production, and equip governance. Training is not an end in itself: it is the condition for everything else to hold.
Sectors
Where value shows up first
The Moroccan contexts where we most often step in — and what AI concretely changes there.
Development teams
APIs, RAG, MCP, Claude Code: technical tracks that transform the productivity of development teams in Moroccan IT services firms and IT departments.
Support functions
Finance, HR, legal, procurement: prompt engineering applied to the real tasks of the role, with your charter's confidentiality rules built in from exercise one.
Executive committees
Short executive sessions: stakes, costs, governance and decisions to make — the common foundation that aligns the leadership team before investment trade-offs.
Internal champions and trainers
Training those who will train: in-depth tracks for your internal relays, with reusable materials and support for facilitation, including in Arabic.
Frequently asked
Are Hunter BI's courses eligible for the special training contracts (CSF)?
Our tracks are structured to fit within the CSF framework: a formalised programme, learning objectives, attendance sheets and documented deliverables. Eligibility and the coverage rate depend on your situation with regard to the vocational-training levy and the procedures in force; together with your training manager, we prepare the file required for the claim.
Do you need to know how to code to take an AI course?
No, except for the technical tracks. The leadership and business tracks require no programming skills: they focus on the professional use of the tools — formulating, verifying, iterating — and on confidentiality rules. The developer tracks, on the other hand, assume real hands-on experience of software development.
Where do the courses take place: in Casablanca, in the regions, remotely?
All three. Our partner rooms are in Casablanca, we travel to your sites anywhere in Morocco — Rabat, Tangier, Agadir, industrial sites — and most tracks exist in a remote format delivered in half-days. In-person remains more effective for leadership sessions and hands-on workshops; remote works well for technical tracks and refreshers.
How many people and how much time per session?
Twelve participants maximum for hands-on workshops — beyond that, individual practice evaporates — and up to thirty for awareness sessions. Durations: half a day to a full day for leaders, one to three days for business teams, three to five days for technical teams, often spread over several weeks to let practice settle in between sessions.
Do you train only on ChatGPT, or also on Claude and other tools?
We train on both ecosystems — OpenAI (ChatGPT Enterprise, API) and Anthropic (Claude, Claude Code, MCP) — since we are members of both partner networks. The content adapts to your actual stack: if your teams work on ChatGPT Enterprise, the exercises take place there. The principles taught — formulating, verifying, confidentiality — hold regardless of the tool.
