Hunter BI Academy

Technology alone isn't enough.

A tool no one adopts produces nothing: the value of an AI project is decided in adoption. Hunter BI Academy, run with TalentsMaker, trains your leadership, your business teams and your engineers to make it a daily reflex.

In brief

Hunter BI Academy, run with TalentsMaker.com, trains companies in AI across three levels: executive programmes for leadership, business programmes for HR, finance, sales, procurement and operations, and technical programmes covering prompt engineering, ChatGPT, Claude, agents, MCP, RAG and AI security. Every track is built to measure, with certifications, skills assessment and adoption tracking.

Adoption

Enterprise AI training, the engine of adoption

Licences deploy in a day; usage, never without support. 80% of the value of an AI project is decided in adoption: teams that know how to frame a request, check an answer and fold the models' work into their processes. That is exactly what the Academy builds, population by population — leadership, business teams, engineers.

The programmes are designed and run with TalentsMaker.com, the training brand associated with Hunter BI: instructional design, tracking platforms and certifications, backed by our consultants' field expertise.

Executive

Executive programmes

Strategy, governance and decision-making: giving the leadership committee the keys to a controlled deployment.

AI strategy

Half a day to understand what AI changes in your sector, weigh the investments and set a realistic course.

AI governance

Governance framework, regulatory obligations, risk management: what a leadership committee must master before deploying.

Leadership workshops

Working sessions in a small committee on your real use cases, led by our consultants — with decisions at the end.

Business

Business programmes

Training rooted in the daily work of each function — HR, finance, sales, procurement, operations.

AI for HR

Recruitment, training design, internal documents: the uses that save HR teams time, in practice.

AI for finance

Document analysis, reporting, controls and forecasting: automating repetitive tasks without sacrificing the reliability of the numbers.

AI for sales

Meeting preparation, sales proposals, tender responses: selling better with a well-used agent.

AI for procurement

Supplier contract analysis, offer comparison, market watch: securing and speeding up the procurement cycle.

AI for operations

Procedures, quality, maintenance, documentation: putting AI to work for the field and the production teams.

Technical

Technical programmes

From prompt engineering to agents connected through MCP: bringing your teams up to production-grade practice.

Prompt engineering

Framing, structuring, iterating: the techniques that separate occasional use of the models from professional use.

ChatGPT in the enterprise

Mastering ChatGPT Enterprise: projects, custom GPTs, connectors and everyday security best practices.

Claude in the enterprise

Making the most of Claude Enterprise and Claude Code: long context, artifacts, MCP integrations and engineering uses.

Agents and MCP

Designing reliable agents and connecting them to your systems through the Model Context Protocol: architecture, tooling, supervision.

Enterprise RAG

Building sourced answering systems on your document corpora: ingestion, indexing, quality evaluation.

AI security

Prompt injection, data leakage, access control: identifying the risks and hardening your deployments.

Enterprise

A setup designed for the enterprise

Tailored tracks, certifications, dashboards: training becomes a steerable asset, not a one-off expense.

Tailored tracks

Every programme is built from your tools, your use cases and your level of maturity — never a generic catalogue.

Certifications

Every track ends with a certifying assessment that attests to the skills acquired, individual by individual.

Dashboards

Leadership and HR follow each cohort's progress continuously: completion, scores, validated skills.

Skills assessment

An initial diagnostic places each employee and tailors their track; a final assessment measures the distance covered.

Adoption tracking

Beyond the training, we measure the real use of AI tools in teams' daily work — the only metric that counts.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Who are Hunter BI Academy's programmes for?

To all three levels of the organisation: leadership committees (strategy, governance), business teams (HR, finance, sales, procurement, operations) and technical teams (developers, data, security). Mixed cohorts are possible and often recommended to anchor a shared culture.

Are the programmes delivered on site or remotely?

Both formats exist, and they combine. On-site sessions take place at your premises or in Casablanca; remote sessions are led in small groups, with exercises on your own tools. Longer tracks generally alternate on-site workshops and remote sessions.

What is TalentsMaker's role in the programmes?

TalentsMaker.com is the training brand associated with Hunter BI: it carries the instructional design, the tracking platforms and the certifications. Hunter BI's consultants bring the use cases, the technical expertise and the link with your deployments in progress.

Do the tracks lead to a certification?

Yes. Every track ends with a certifying assessment, with an individual attestation of the validated skills. Results are consolidated in a dashboard handed to leadership and HR, usable for skills management.

How long does a typical programme last?

From half a day for an executive workshop to several weeks for a full business or technical track. The exact duration is calibrated after the initial skills assessment, based on your adoption goals and the teams' availability.
