Sectors
Your sector before our catalogue
Banking, insurance, industry, public sector, healthcare, distribution, offshoring, agri-food: AI use cases, the Moroccan framework and where to start.
In brief
A bank's CIO and the quality manager of a packing station do not share the same problem, the same regulator or the same first use case. These eight pages start from the business: what the Moroccan framework actually requires of each sector, the use cases that produce a measurable effect, and how to begin without exposing your data. The catalogue of offers comes afterwards.
Most enterprise-AI pages describe a technology and leave the reader to do the translation work: 'here is what an agent does — figure out for yourself what it would do at your organisation'. That work is the hardest part, and it is precisely what a consultancy is expected to do.
So we did it, sector by sector. Each of these eight pages is written for a specific person — a bank's compliance officer, an offshore site director, an agri-food quality manager — and answers their three questions in the order they arise: what does my framework allow, which use cases are worth the effort, and where do I begin without taking a risk. No result figure is invented here: where we have no measurement, we say so.
The sector approach
Why we write by industry, not by product
A product page describes a technology. A sector page answers the question a leader actually asks: what does this change for me, and what does my framework allow?
The framework first
Bank Al-Maghrib, ACAPS, CNDP, DGSSI, ONSSA, the GDPR of the principals: every sector has its regulator and its obligations. We read them before proposing a tool — that is what decides what can be deployed.
The business use cases
Not generic demonstrations, but the tasks that occupy your teams: qualifying an alert, opening a claim, preparing an audit, reconstructing a batch record, handling a message in Darija.
The scale of engagement
A free diagnostic to gauge the potential, an instrumented pilot to prove it, a recurring deployment to sustain it. Three steps, and nothing that commits you before the first measurement.
Sovereignty in the right place
Neither all cloud nor all sovereign: a boundary drawn according to the real sensitivity of your data. It differs radically from one sector to the next — and it is the first trade-off of the diagnostic.
The eight verticals
Choose yours
Each page starts from the business: the regulatory framework that actually applies, the use cases that produce a measurable effect, and the first step to take.
Your sector isn't listed? Let's talk.
The free diagnostic doesn't depend on the vertical: a scoping session, your regulatory framework, your data, and an honest read of what is deployable at your organisation.
