Estimate coding-agent costs for 10, 30 or 100 developers with transparent MAD simulations covering access, usage, training, administration and review.

The cost of coding agents includes access, consumption, training, administration and verification time. Multiplying a subscription price by the number of developers understates the resources a deployment may require. Separate recurring expenditure, launch costs and internal effort.
The following scenarios use explicit assumptions in Moroccan dirhams for 10, 30 and 100 developers. They are neither Claude Code or Codex prices nor Hunter BI quotations.

Check the applicable OpenAI pricing information and Claude Code cost guidance when preparing a real budget. Included usage, additional credits and API billing must be distinguished. Enterprise terms require confirmation for the actual contract.
An access subscription does not necessarily cover every development task. Model selection, context size, frequency and execution mode can affect consumption. Equally, do not add API charges to a workflow that does not use the API.
The simulation deliberately uses a generic access allowance. It does not assign the same actual price to both products or rely on a subscription price remaining unchanged. Replace each assumption with your confirmed commercial terms before making a purchasing decision.
Access. Count active authorised users and the chosen billing mode, including commitments where applicable. Do not share accounts to avoid licensing requirements.
Additional consumption. Budget only the usage not already included, with project limits and an owner for alerts.
Training. Include participant time, repository preparation and any external instruction. Internal time still has an economic cost even when no supplier invoices it.
Administration and review. Count onboarding, access checks, support and additional verification attributable to the workflow.
Initial support. Scope pilot preparation and decision reporting separately. A service price cannot be inferred solely from the number of accounts.

The developer count means people equipped in this scenario. Eight hours is a calculation assumption, not a guaranteed programme length. External support is assumed to cover the same limited pilot; a multi-client rollout can require a different scope.
The additional-usage allowance excludes consumption already covered by access. The two review and operation hours represent incremental effort, not all ordinary code review. Both distinctions prevent double counting.

Economic cost includes employees' time. External cash outlay here includes only access, additional usage and external support; salaries, taxes and other fees are excluded. These are two views of the same scenario, not two amounts to add together.
For N developers, recurring cost is N × (300 + 500 + 2 × 250), or N × MAD 1,300. The first month adds N × 8 × 250 + 20 × 400 + 10,000 MAD. Substitute your own inputs without changing the method.
If additional usage rises from MAD 500 to MAD 1,000 per developer, monthly cost increases by MAD 5,000, MAD 15,000 or MAD 50,000 for the three team sizes.
Increasing incremental control time from two to four hours has the same effect at the assumed hourly rate. Optimising the tool bill alone can therefore leave a substantial operating cost untouched.
For 100 developers serving clients with different policies, 20 configuration hours may be insufficient. Estimate separate environments and policy groups explicitly. Do not present a fixed pilot setup allowance as a certain company-wide rollout cost.
Cost per accepted task is the attributable total divided by validated tasks. Include abandoned attempts, corrections and control effort. A lower price per message does not necessarily lower the final cost of delivery.

Record usage days, consumption by task family, reached limits and review time. Prepare a normal-use envelope and a high-use scenario. Name the person who can increase spending and how users learn about a limit.
For invoices in another currency, use a dated exchange rate from your accounting process and add applicable taxes and fees. This simulation uses no universal exchange-rate assumption.
